    Our products are 100% Vegan and are made without the use of animal-by-products and without testing on animals.


    DO YOU USE ANY ARTIFICIAL ADDITIVES OR PRESERVATIVES?

    All of our products are naturally and locally sourced, where possible, and do not contain any additives, preservatives, artificial ingredients salt and sugar.     WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON THE INGREDIENTS YOU USE?

    You can find a detailed list of all the ingredients we use in our products here. We source nothing but high quality and natural human grade ingredients for all of our products, to ensure your dog is receiving nothing but the best.

    ARE THE INGREDIENTS YOU USE SAFE FOR  MY DOG TO CONSUME?

    Along with our own Canine Nutrition accreditation, Neoh & Nobo have consulted with a number of Veterinarians to ensure the treats we provide are safe to consume by dogs. Dog owners should always ensure that their dog’s treats are incorporated into a balanced diet and are not being consumed too frequently. Always speak with a Veterinarian if you are introducing new foods into your dogs diet.

    ARE YOU DEFRA APPROVED?

    As our treats do not contain any animal by-products we do not require DEFRA authorisation. We are however, regulated by the local Trading Standards Authority.

    DO YOU DELIVER ON BANK HOLIDAYS?

    As we use Royal Mail and FedEx to deliver our packages, we cannot guarantee delivery on bank holidays. Please see their Service Updates page for further information on bank holiday deliveries http://www.royalmail.com/service-update/bank-holidays. Our advice is to place your order as early as possible so your products can be delivered to you on time.

    DO YOU DELIVER TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS?

    Unfortunately, at this time we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
